Transforming Kenya's Future Through Skills and Faith.

Equipping youth with accredited vocational skills and Christian mentorship for sustainable employment and entrepreneurial success.

Our Story

From Vision to Reality

In 2025, ADIA Empowerment Centre was born from a powerful partnership between Freedom Church Nairobi Campus and Amani Foundation. Faced with Kenya’s staggering 35% youth unemployment rate, we knew action was needed not just programs, but transformation.

Our founders recognized that breaking the cycle of poverty required more than temporary solutions. It demanded a holistic approach combining practical skills training, spiritual guidance, and community support. Today, ADIA stands as a beacon of hope in Nairobi, where young lives are transformed through the power of education, faith, and opportunity.

What Makes Us Different

Holistic Development Approach

Market-Aligned Training

Our programs aren’t just educational—they’re strategic. We’ve carefully selected ICT, Culinary Arts, and Fashion & Design based on Nairobi’s actual job market demands, ensuring our graduates have real opportunities waiting for them.

Faith-Integrated Learning

Weekly devotionals and Christian mentorship provide the moral foundation and personal resilience that enable lasting success and positive community impact.

Accessibility First

With scholarships covering at least 75% of tuition for low-income learners and disability-accessible facilities, we ensure economic barriers don’t prevent transformation.

Transforming Lives, Building Futures

Since our establishment, ADIA has been more than an educational institution—we’re a catalyst for community transformation. Our comprehensive approach addresses the root causes of unemployment while building the skills, character, and networks young people need to thrive.
